Our certificated Mental Health Aware course is aimed at all levels of staff and provides a general overview of mental health. This 4 hour workshop helps to; raise awareness of mental health, reduces the stigma associated with mental ill health, boosts confidence and knowledge in dealing with mental health issues and promotes early intervention to enable recovery.
What to expect:
- Delegates will learn what mental health is and how to challenge the stigma associated with it
- A general knowledge of some of the common mental health issues
- An introduction to looking after your own mental health
