Our certificated Mental Health Aware course is aimed at all levels of staff and provides a general overview of mental health. This 4 hour workshop helps to; raise awareness of mental health, reduces the stigma associated with mental ill health, boosts confidence and knowledge in dealing with mental health issues and promotes early intervention to enable recovery.
