DURATION: 1/2 -DAY PRICE: £165 + VAT

This half-day Mental Health First Aid Refresher is for those that have previously taken the 2-day Mental Health First Aider course or those with an existing Level 3 Mental Health qualification.

What to expect:

The MHFA Refresher course takes four hours to complete and will enable learners to:

• Keep their knowledge, awareness and skills of mental health support current
• Update their knowledge of mental health and what influences it
• Practice applying the Mental Health First Aid action plan.

Once you have completed the course, you will be certified for 3 years and will be invited to become or stay a member of the Association of Mental Health First Aiders – making sure you have everything you need to feel confident when supporting others.
