West Yorkshire Manufacturing Services are working together with the #WECAN project from Leeds Beckett University to provide FREE Leadership and Management training for women working within manufacturing and engineering SMEs across West Yorkshire.
The course is a Level 3 Institute of Leadership & Management qualification and takes place over 2 days (19th September & 17th October) at our offices/training centre in #Brighouse – just off Junction 25 of the M62. In addition to the training days each candidate will be expected to complete 2 assignments.
This programme focuses on leadership styles and qualities and leading and motivating a team. It will help build your leadership capability and you will develop key management skills that you can put into practice with your own team.
