Mental Health First Aid Refresher
DURATION: 1/2 -DAY PRICE: £165 + VAT
This half-day Mental Health First Aid Refresher is for those that have previously taken the 2-day Mental Health First Aider course or those with an existing Level 3 Mental Health qualification.
What to expect:
The MHFA Refresher course takes four hours to complete and will enable learners to:
- Keep their knowledge, awareness and skills of mental health support current
- Update their knowledge of mental health and what influences it
- Practice applying the Mental Health First Aid action plan.
Once you have completed the course, you will be certified for 3 years and will be invited to become or stay a member of the Association of Mental Health First Aiders - making sure you have everything you need to feel confident when supporting others.

Mental Health First Aid
A 2 day MHFA England accredited course will educate people how to identify, understand and help someone who may be experiencing a mental health issue. You will not learn to be a therapist but will learn how to listen, reassure and respond appropriately to a situation – and even prevent a situation from arising. You’ll learn to recognise the warning signs of mental ill health and develop the skills and confidence to approach and support someone whilst maintaining your own safety.
Mental Health First Aid Refresher
This half-day refresher is for those who have previously taken the 2-day Mental Health First Aid course and would like to keep their knowledge, awareness and skills of mental health support current.
Mental Health Champions
A workplace focussed, 1 day training course for managers and leaders provides the skills and support to develop a positive wellbeing environment for your workforce and the knowledge and confidence to advocate for mental health awareness.
Mental Health Awareness
A ½ day helpful and practical approach to raise awareness and challenge the stigma associated with mental health.
