Following the success of previous years, we have decided to once again get more manufacturers involved in Make UK National Manufacturing Day by hosting our 'Meet the Manufacturers' open event for the third year running!
One of the key challenges identified in the manufacturing and engineering industry at the moment is the interest and recruitment of the younger generation. Do your part in promoting the industry to young people: discuss employability skills, potential career paths, showcase the equipment and products that they may get to work with, and inspire them to explore manufacturing and engineering as a career option.
