First Aid Courses

Our range of accredited First Aid Courses meet the requirements of individuals to act as either First Aiders or First Aid Appointed Persons as described in the First Aid regulations under the Health & Safety at Work Act depending on the course in which they have completed successfully. Our First Aid Courses are open to the general public as well as businesses and organisations.

Our Courses in First Aid

Emergency First Aid At Work (ITC First Certified)

A one day course for individuals to act as First Aid Appointed Persons at their place of work on successful completion or for those who just wish to obtain knowledge and skills when it comes to dealing with First Aid emergencies.

Course Content and Dates

First Aid At Work (ITC First Certified)

This is a three day course allowing individuals to act, on successful completion, as a designated First Aider at their place of work or for those who just wish to obtain a more in depth knowledge and skills of First Aid.

Course Content and Dates

First Aid Requalification (ITC First Certified)

This is a two day course which is required to be undertaken by individuals who are acting as a designated First Aider at their place of work in order to refresh and update their knowledge and skills, and maintain their First Aider status.
