Help to Grow: Management Course

- Practical management training where you will learn how to: review systems and processes to work smarter, analyse financial information and ratios, communicate your business’s purpose and values, adopt new digital technology, and build good leadership and management practices.
The course consists of a combination of online and face-to-face sessions alongside case study workshops and peer-to-peer calls. Face-to-face sessions take place at Huddersfield Business School, HD1 3DH.
The curriculum has been designed to help you to create a tailored business plan to begin implementing immediately.
The Help to Grow: Management course is for business owners, leaders, or senior managers from all business sectors.
To be eligible, you and your business must meet the following criteria:
Your business must:
- Be a small or medium-sized enterprise (SME)based in the United Kingdom
- Employ between 5 and 249 people
- Have been operational for at least one year
- Not be a charity.
You must:
- Be a chief executive, owner/founder, or member of the senior management team
- Have at least one direct report
- Commit to completing all sessions.
Only one person per business can participate in the programme, but your entire business will benefit, from increased productivity to enhanced employee wellbeing and more.
Bursary:
If a second person from your organisation would like to join the Help to Grow programme, you will receive a 50% discount for this employee - you must be a company that employs 10 people or more to receive this bursary.
