CNC Turning: Advanced G-Code programming

This course is perfect for those with experience in a workshop environment, and experience as a CNC Machine operator.

The half-day course takes place in collaboration with Colchester Machine Tool Solutions and combines theoretical learning and hands on instruction at the machine, and has been developed and delivered by an experienced shopfloor worker and qualified trainer with 40+ years of experience in CNC and manual milling and turning.

• Why use variables in programming
• Address variables
• Volatile variables
• Non-volatile variables
• Turning macro using variables and sub programmes
• Peck drilling macro using While statement
• Broaching macro using G65 Custom Macro Call

Courses are priced per person per module, and all half day modules are available on a pick and mix basis to suit your company's needs. Dates are flexible and can be arranged upon booking.
