This course is perfect for those with experience in a workshop environment, and basic machine operational knowledge of a manual or CNC Turret Mill.
The half-day course takes place in collaboration with Colchester Machine Tool Solutions and has been developed and will be delivered by a trainer with 40+ years of experience in CNC and manual milling and turning.
Module Content
This Module covers:
- Horizontal Milling - Gear and spline cutting, Profile cutting & Dividing head use
- Vertical slotting - Internal Keyway Cutting, Internal multiple spline cutting & Rotary table use

Courses are priced per person per module, and all half day modules are available on a pick and mix basis to suit your company's needs. Dates are flexible and can be arranged upon booking.
