West Yorkshire Manufacturing Services (WYMS) is now working in partnership with Clear Quality Ltd to strengthen access to specialist quality and compliance training for manufacturers across the region.

As part of this partnership, Clear Quality delivers apprenticeships in Safety, Health and Environment Level 3 (SHE), Internal Audit Technician Level 4 (IAT), Quality Practitioner Level 4 (QP), and Lean Manufacturing Operative Level 2. These programmes are designed for individuals already in work, enabling them to improve quality, strengthen compliance and enhance operational performance within their roles.

This partnership expands WYMS’ provision to include specialist quality and compliance apprenticeships, giving manufacturers access to training that fits around their business, rather than taking people away from it. The focus is on developing knowledge, skills and behaviours that make a real difference day-to-day, whether that’s improving how processes are followed, strengthening internal audits, or supporting teams to work more effectively.

Clear Quality specialises in practical, workplace-based learning. Programmes are designed to deliver immediate impact, helping businesses improve processes, strengthen compliance and build internal capability as the apprenticeship progresses, not just at the end. Delivered by industry-experienced practitioners, the focus is always on real-world application.

Mark Lewis, CEO  from WYMS said:
“We’re pleased to partner with Clear Quality to expand our offer in quality and compliance training, and we’re looking forward to getting started. This partnership strengthens our ability to support manufacturers with practical, high-impact training that improves day-to-day performance.”

Debbie Whitehead CEO from Clear Quality said:
“This partnership allows us to support more manufacturers in developing the skills they need to improve quality, strengthen compliance and build capability within their teams. Our focus is on making learning practical and relevant, so it delivers real impact in the workplace.”

This partnership reflects a shared focus on supporting manufacturers in building confident, capable teams and creating improvements that last.
